David Sherwood, Enrolled Agent & Owner of Bullseye’s
David spent over 20 years in the Army, which afforded him the opportunity to further his education. He earned his Associate’s of Science from Troy University and his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Cameron University, right here in Lawton. He is active in the local community, enjoys playing golf and bowling at Thunderbird Lanes, and he can rarely go somewhere in town without encountering at least one of his clients.

Pennie Fulkerson, Head Bookkeeper
Like David, Pennie worked for Brian Donnelly before he passed. She has been in charge of bookkeeping services at Bullseye’s since May 2019. Pennie earned her Associate’s in Office Administration from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico and completed three years towards her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has 35 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management—so naturally, her organizational skills are second-to-none. During the off-season, Pennie enjoys camping and spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren.
Patrick Sherwood, Payroll Coordinator
Patrick, David’s youngest son, started working at Bullseye’s in July 2022 shortly after moving back to Lawton from Texas, where he attended North Central Texas College (NCTC) and the University of North Texas (UNT). He completed the two year program at NCTC and plans to complete his undergraduate degree by 2027. In addition to managing our payroll clients, Patrick created Bullseye’s website and manages most aspects of our online presence.
